During my stay in Miami Beach, Chef Paul worked at my residence and music studio… Paul’s friendly attitude and willingness to go beyond his duties coupled with his uniquely flavorful food, makes him an outstanding chef. He also exhibited the ability to supervise young children while maintaining a professional working environment.

I had the great pleasure of working with Chef Paul multiple times. I really enjoy football season, and especially recall a great Carolinian BBQ put together by Chef Paul to host my friends as we watched the Carolina Panthers play in the NFL playoffs. His attention to detail, his emphasis on service ( has a great assistant as well) and his charming character is what keeps me coming back. He's not only my go to Chef when I want to entertain, he's my Facebook friend as well. Great guy, even better Chef.

I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who wants to feel and look great. It was a joy to train with him and the results well surpassed my greatest expectations!

I cannot say enough positive things about Chef Paul and his assistants. From start to finish, they accommodated our large group (18 ladies - bachelorette wkd) in Miami and provided us with a very memorable experience. Communication was always prompt and professional and the menu was tailored to our needs both with regards to cost and food preferences. On the night of the meal, Chef Paul and his assistant showed up on time and struck a perfect balance of professional, entertaining and fun throughout the night. The food was incredible and was exactly what we wanted - fresh, creative and delicious yet healthy. Their cleanup process was impeccable and the kitchen was sparkling at the end of the night. I would highly recommend Chef Paul and his wonderful assistants for your personal chef needs while in the Miami/South Beach area!
