How does the service work?

We will speak with you to acquire details of your event, listen to your menu choices and ideas as well as make suggestions. After a menu, number of people, date, time and location has been established, we would provide you with a formal contract for signing and collect a 50% deposit. 5 days prior to the event, final number of guests must be confirmed. We require the remaining payment on the day of the event before service can commence.

Wait staff, bartenders and servers are also available upon request.
